Natural stone items may vary depending on availability. If the item is in stock, it may ship sooner. If the item is currently out of stock, processing may take up to 14 business days.

Yes. Once your order is prepared and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and shipping updates when available.

If we cannot ship your order within the stated timeframe, or within 30 days if no timeframe is stated, we will notify you and give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel your order for a full refund.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at contact@lunariehome.com as soon as possible so we can assist you under our Return & Refund Policy.

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. After 30 days, we are generally unable to offer a refund or exchange, except where required by law or for eligible defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, in its original packaging, and include your receipt or proof of purchase. please review the Return Policy.

To start a return, please email contact@lunariehome.com to request return authorization. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable restocking fee.
